Elite Bedding Facebook Competition October 2025 – Terms and Conditions

    1. Eligibility:
      • This competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over.
    2. How to Enter
      • Comment on the official competition post by tagging a friend, family member, or yourself.
      • Encourage your friends and family to like your comment.
      • Each valid like will receive a $10 discount (limit one comment with highest likes, not stackable).
    3. Winner Selection
      • Only one winner will be selected.
      • The winning comment will be the one with the highest number of likes by 11:59 PM on 30th November 2025.
      • The winner will be announced on 1st December 2025 and contacted via Facebook Direct Message (DM).
    4. Prize Details
      • The winner will receive $10 for each like on their comment, which can be used as a discount towards the purchase of one mattress.
      • The purchase must be made before 28th February 2026.
      • The prize can only be claimed by the person whose name was tagged in the winning comment.
    5. General Conditions
      • Likes must be genuine. Any use of bots or fake accounts will result in disqualification.
      • Elite Bedding reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant found to be violating the rules.
      • By entering, participants agree to allow Elite Bedding to use their name and comment for promotional purposes.
    6. Exclusion of Other Promotions
      • This competition is independent of any other promotional offers, discounts, or campaigns. No other promotions may be combined with this competition, and participation does not entitle entrants to any additional offers unless explicitly stated.
    7. Winner Contact Attempts
      • Elite Bedding will attempt to contact the selected winner up to three times via Facebook Direct Message (DM).
      • If no response is received after three attempts, the entry with the next highest number of likes will be selected as the new winner.
      • The same rule will apply to any subsequent winners if they also fail to respond.
    8. Privacy
      • Personal information collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with Elite Bedding’s privacy policy.
