Showroom Retail Mattresses*: All Elite Bedding Co mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Proper care will help maintain the comfort, support, and appearance of your mattress for years to come.

Rotate Your Mattress Regularly:

• To prevent uneven wear and extend mattress life, rotate your mattress every 3 months.
• Tip: An easy way to remember is to rotate your mattress at the beginning of each season.

Double‑Sided Mattress Care

If you have a double‑sided mattress:

• Flip the mattress at the change of one season
• Rotate the mattress at the change of the next season

This seasonal flip‑and‑rotate routine ensures even wear on both sleeping surfaces.

Use a Mattress Protector:

• Always use a high‑quality mattress protector. This helps protect against spills, stains, dust, and allergens, and keeps your mattress hygienic. A clean mattress is also essential for warranty purposes .

Ensure Proper Support:

• Your mattress should be placed on a suitable bed base or foundation that provides even support. An unsupportive or damaged base can affect comfort and may reduce mattress lifespan.

Keep Your Mattress Clean:

• Vacuum your mattress occasionally using a low‑suction upholstery attachment
• In case of spills or marks, spot clean only using a damp cloth and mild soapy water
• Do not soak the mattress or use harsh chemicals.

Allow Your Mattress to Breathe:

• Air your mattress from time to time by pulling back bedding during the day. This helps release moisture and keeps the mattress fresh.

Avoid Jumping or Standing on the Mattress:

• Excessive pressure, such as jumping or standing, can damage internal components and reduce support over time.

Natural Body Impression Is Normal:

• Over time, your mattress may develop light body impressions. This is normal and indicates that the mattress is contouring to your body shape, not a fault.

What Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

• Sagging or indentation greater than 30mm when used on a suitable base.

• Faulty stitching or structural failure of the mattress core.

 

What Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening of foam.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

• Stains, burns, cuts, or liquid damage.

• Use on an unsupportive or damaged base.

• Commercial use of retail mattresses (voids warranty).

• Transportation or inspection costs.

 

• Original proof of purchase must be provided.

• Mattress must be used on a flat, supportive base.

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

 

To lodge a warranty claim:

1. Contact Elite Bedding Customer Service at 08 8243 1911 or admin@elitebedding.com.au.

2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

3. Our team will assess and advise on next steps (investigation, repair, replacement, or credit).

 

If a defect is confirmed:

• Elite Bedding may repair, replace, or offer a partial credit based on the age and condition of the mattress.

• Transportation costs may apply.
