Quote General Terms and Conditions:

    1. Validity: This quote is valid Quote Expiry date specified in this quote.
    2. Pricing: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless specified. Prices are subject to change without notice if not accepted within the validity period.
    3. Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to delivery unless a credit account has been approved. Payment methods accepted include Cash, EFT, credit card, or direct deposit.
    4. Lead Time: Estimated production and delivery time will be confirmed upon order placement. Delays due to supplier availability or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
    5. Delivery: Delivery charges (if any) will be invoiced to the Customer. Delivery dates are estimates only. The Customer must ensure an authorised recipient is available to accept delivery at the nominated address. If an agreed delivery date is postponed or rescheduled at that Customer’s request, storage fees apply at 0.5% of the order value per week unless otherwise stated in the quote or contract.
    6. Pickup: Where pickup is elected, the Customer must collect the goods within 7 days of notice of availability. Thereafter, storage fees apply at 0.5% of the order value per week (or part thereof) unless otherwise stated in the quote or contract.
    7. Warranty: All mattresses are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be inspected and approved by Elite Bedding before any action is taken.
    8. Returns & Exchanges: Custom-made mattresses are non-refundable unless faulty. Standard items may be returned within 7 days in original condition, subject to a restocking fee.
    9. Product Inspection: All products are inspected before dispatch. Customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
    10. Ownership: Goods remain the property of Elite Bedding Co until full payment is received.
    11. Safety & Handling: Customers are responsible for safe handling and installation of products once delivered or picked up.
    12. Custom Orders: Any changes to custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of confirmation. Additional charges may apply.
