Elite Bedding Product Promotions 2026 – Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Promotion Period:
      • This promotional offer is valid from 8 February 2026 until 28 February 2026 inclusive. All qualifying orders must be completed during this period. Elite Bedding reserves the right to withdraw or vary the promotion at any time without prior notice.
   2. Promotional Products and Pricing:
      • The following promotional prices apply exclusively during the Promotion Period:

        • Serenity King Mattress – Regular price $4299; Promotional price $3699
        • Opulence Queen Mattress – Regular price $4300; Promotional price $3699
        • Serenity Queen Mattress – Regular price $3749; Promotional price $3249
   3. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, unless otherwise stated
   4. Order Requirements and Availability
      • To qualify for the promotional pricing, orders must be placed and accompanied by a deposit during the Promotion Period.
      • Availability is subject to stock on hand at the time the order is processed. Elite Bedding does not guarantee ongoing availability of any promotional product.
   5. Eligibility
      • This promotion is available to retail customers only.
      • The offer is not applicable to trade, wholesale, commercial, or bulk‑quantity purchases unless expressly approved by Elite Bedding in writing.
   6. Payment Terms
      • A deposit, as specified by Elite Bedding at the time of order, must be paid when the order is placed.
      • Full payment is required prior to delivery or collection. Orders that do not meet these payment conditions may forfeit eligibility for promotional pricing.
   7. Exclusions
      • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, promotion, package deal, or offer.
      • Customisations, upgrades, accessories, or additional services are excluded unless otherwise expressly stated.
   8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
      • All purchases are subject to Elite Bedding’s standard return, warranty, and exchange policies.
      • Where refunds apply, the refundable amount will be based on the promotional price paid, not the regular price of the product. 
   9. Modifications to Promotion
      • Elite Bedding Co reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, or to correct any error or misprints, as its sole discretion and without prior notice.
   10. Acceptance of Terms
       • By placing an order under this promotion, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and Conditions.
