Buy A Mattress. WIN IT BACK – Terms and Conditions

Offer Period: 01 April 2026 to 31 May 2026

1. 1. 1. Promoter

         The promoter is Elite Bedding, Adelaide, South Australia (“Promoter”).

      2. Promotion Period

         The promotion runs from 12:01am on 1 April 2026 to 11:59pm on 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

      3. Eligibility

         Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who purchase in‑store via the Elite Bedding showroom (retail customers only). Online, phone, trade, wholesale, commercial, or third‑party purchases are excluded.

         To be eligible, customers must have:

         • Purchased an order in‑store at the Elite Bedding showroom that includes at least one mattress during the Promotion Period;

         • Paid the qualifying order in full within the Promotion Period; and

         • Organised delivery or pickup of the qualifying order before the end of the Promotion Period.

           Orders that are partially paid, pending payment, cancelled, refunded (in whole or in part), or without confirmed delivery or pickup arrangements by the promotion end date are not eligible. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. Proof of purchase must be retained.

      4. How to Enter

         Eligible customers will automatically receive one (1) entry per qualifying order purchased during the Promotion Period. No separate entry form is required. Multiple entries are permitted, with one entry per qualifying order (not per individual product).

      5. Prize

         One (1) winner will receive a refund of the bedding product value only from their qualifying order (“Prize”).

         • The maximum refund is capped at AUD $5,000 (including GST).

         • The Prize applies only to bedding products, including:

           • Mattress – must include atleast one mattress

           • Base

           • Manchester (linen, pillows, protectors, etc.)

           • Headboard

         • The Prize does not include any service‑related charges, including but not limited to:

           • Delivery fees

           • Installation or assembly

           • Recycling or removal services

           • Additional delivery personnel

           • Any other service, handling, or logistics fees

             The Prize is limited to the actual bedding product value paid on the invoice and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash alternatives.

      6. Draw Details

         The draw will be conducted during the first week of June 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. Chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

      7. Winner Notification

         The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw using the contact details provided at purchase. The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels unless the winner requests otherwise.

      8. Prize Claim & Refund Process

         The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, where possible, within 14 business days of winner verification. If the winner does not respond within 7 business daysof notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

      9. Returns, Cancellations & Exclusions

         Any order that is cancelled, returned, partially refunded, or subject to a comfort guarantee return before the draw date is not eligible. If a mattress from the qualifying order is returned for any reason, the associated entry will be invalid.

      10. Privacy

          By participating, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and storing personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and publishing permitted winner details. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act and the Promoter’s privacy policy and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

      11. Verification & Disqualification

          The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or not submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

      12. General

          The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost communications, or incorrect customer details.

      13. Liability

          To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

      14. Liability

          By placing an order under this promotion, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
